A loss in the Hunters Glen family

Hunters Glen would like to extend our sincere condolences to Betti and the entire Scharr family for the loss of her son, Troy. We ask that you keep her in your thoughts and prayers during this time.

Snow Storm Bulletin

The snow/ice storm Wednesday night left us with a monumentally difficult snow removal problem. The snow we got was mixed with sleet and ice and is a wet heavy snow that is not easily removed.

As of today (Thursday), all our roads and lots are not cleared and some parking spaces are still filled with snow. The reason is in part due to the difficulty of moving over a foot ice and snow and part because snowed in cars blocked the plows. Because plows are not efficient in current conditions we will be adding additional snow removal equipment (front end loaders) tomorrow and expect all lots will be open with most snow cleared from the parking areas Friday.

We regret the inconvenience this storm has caused our residents (especially parking) and want to assure you our staff is working diligently to complete the snow removal in the quickest time possible.

We certainly regret any inconvenience those failures have caused but especially want to let you know we are taking steps to significantly limit future shutdowns.
